Within walking distance of West Ham station, a new development is being built with more than 3,800 homes surrounded by green outdoor spaces. For our partner TGM, lmms provided design management of the entire building envelope, along with structural calculations and reports. The facade consists of large GRC panels, aluminum windows and clad balustrades, and juliet balconies.
