At walking distance from the West Ham station a new development with more than 3800 homes surrounded of green outdoor space, landschaping gardens and moder parks. For our partner TGM we have provided design managment of the whole building envelope togheter with structural calculations and reporting. The element facade consists of large GRC panels, aluminium windows and cladding balustrades, juliet balconies.

The 26 storeys tower located in the new development plan named The Silky District provides houses and commercial units in the heart of London. For our partner TGM awarded as facade contractor we have helped in project engineering the aluminium unitized facade elements, balconies, rainscreen cladding and curtain walling at the ground floor. Moreover we have provided structural calculation for those elements and for the secondary steel frame of the crown on top of the building.

The high luxury apartment tower building envelope is entirely built by Byldis with precast technology and aluminium facade. We gave our contribution for the facade cladding. This of an astonishing red colour makes the envelope unique in the surroundings. We had the pleasure to design, building the BIM model with Hicad and deliver the shop models for the production of each cladding and backing structure item
